Squall gave a pretty good summary :) Everything works in a factor of ten however. IE

1 Plat = 10 Gold = 100 Silver = 1,000 Copper = 10,000 iron.

If you have any issues trying to decide how much something should cost, I'm more than happy to help out! Taking into consideration the example payscale in the currency update will help you out a lot, though.

Appearance
(Furcadia Description)
Tawny wings held themselves loosely over his shoulders as he moved. The cougar's body language was neutral with his shoulders slumped, and his tail hanging slightly upright behind him. Handsome features were framed by light blue eyes and the hint of a smile. A blue and black tunic, newly made, hung around his shoulders, visible underneath a matching overcoat meant to brave the winter winds.

Any other pertinent info: Nothing of note. Since Keaton could be seen as a 'support' type of character and I understand there are concerns that sort of thing can get out of hand in a hurry, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. :)

Every banker cat needs their own minidrake to guard the small fortune they handle. Dav plays his character amazingly, and I've been lucky enough to be playing with him for a year plus. Even though he was already approved, I can't pass up the opportunity to give him a +1 vote.

I've been treating it such that.. the Primes of Kasuria are treated like a false religion here, which by the cannon, they are. For my character, that means that while he recognizes the Primes, he also understands that his religion isn't even a blip on the radar here. Few outside of those who also migrated from Kasuria have heard of it in his opinion, and he's not the type to want to debate religion.

He isn't going to go to the cathedral expecting others to know what he's talking about when he speaks about the Primes, and thus doesn't. He's still prone to slip of the tongue in moments of shock though, such as "Primes, how did that happen?"

OOCly, it doesn't extend beyond the beliefs of my character who has zero proof to back up what he believes in.

Since Kasuria is a thing in the cannon here, so it seems naturally fine that those traveling from it would have an understanding of the religion there. I think the confusion is that the point of this thread was to make it known that that IC deities can't be used in the OOC planning of plots.

It's fine for a character to reference their beliefs, it's not ok for a Prime to come down and prove those beliefs either in person or through a proxy (since they aren't actually 'real' here.) Is that a good way of putting it?

A little about my previous experience:
I've been RPing off and on in Furcadia for over fifteen years across a lot of different continuities, interacting with a wide range of character types and participating in many different plots.

Why I'd like to join:
I'd like to continue that trend going forward with such a large, active community. Etla seems like a fun place with many varying ranges of character types.

- Boss - Draum employs a few guards and tellers at his bank in another town. Like any business, the employees all occasionally do favors for each other.
- Poker Face - He's excellent at hiding his emotions to all but a select few.
 
Appearance:
Green eyes ignited amongst the snow leopard's white fur, framed on a proud, youthful face. Dark stripes randomly sprang forth from the feline's fur, wrapping and then ending around his limbs. Tailored shirt with it's sleeves rolled up to mid forearm rested behind a gray vest, tucked away into sleek black pants. He walked on a pair of shiny shoes with his head held high and a swaying of his tail like he knew that today would be his lucky day. A golden band is worn around his left ring finger.
