EMPLOYEE CONDUCT and COMMUNITY

Death does not discriminate and accepts all with open arms, intending to greet like an old friend for each of us one day in some shape and form, regardless of if it is beautiful or not.

It is due to this, the Graveyard and Crypt while surveilled, is to be maintained as NEUTRAL GROUND, and considered by the Staff of Keller’s Coffins as open to all who hold good intentions with their visitation.

Due to the undead and infernal, and their antithesis, living and holy  that occupy the island, the soil of the graveyard will under no circumstances be hallowed. Services thus where necessary may also be provided to the lawful undead. While the crypt still maintains many deceased; due to the event of the RED WEEK, very few graves have been left filled (mostly those who were far to decayed to function). Thus all incoming deceased will be mandatorily treated with an anti-reanimate of Blessed Quartz powder upon their bones and within their bodies.

Should attempts to reanimate occur or fighting break out; culprits (if and once apprehended) responsible shall be delivered directly by Cemetery Wardens or Apprehending officials to the Gendarmes; upon discovery of the event the Master Crypt Keeper; and Master of Coin should be notified immediately.

As those tasked to oversee the dead on the isle, their families in turn, and assist to help them through their process of grieving and passing on; it is highly encouraged that all Employees of Keller’s Coffins become familiar, contribute, and to some extent involved with the Eileadora Community (particularly those of ‘The Sight’).

It is also highly encouraged that staff work to develop support circles both in and out of the workplace to assist with coping in the heavily emotional climate that most employees will face.

All Staff are expected to act with integrity and in a respectable manner while on duty hours, both on and off-site.
