Attendees Are Welcome To Indulge In Delectable Morsels and Refreshments Sponsored By Etla Island's Fine Local Businesses and Esteemed Private Patrons. To Help Raise Awareness and Support The Local Arts - In All Its Forms - Music and Entertainment Shall Be Provided By Etla Island's Very Own Local Bards and Our Many Noteworthy Guests.

In Honor Of This Event A Special Ceremony Shall Be Performed By Esteemed Guests, The Lady Tykari, and Her Guardian Dawson Capris.

Dralt would undoubtedly RSVP with his intent to attend, though he would fail to mention whether or no he would be accompanied. He would make a note that if no musicians were hired before the event commenced, he would gladly offer his musical talents (had the Master Horticulturist a fondness for the cello). He was also aware of another merchant capable of playing piano, and would seek to conscript a musical ensemble on Nasrin's behalf composed of her fellow guildmates should no one else step up to the plate.

Ameera would be quite pleased at hearing Master Dralt ( @Takurasho ) would be coming to the event! Having still not met him after all, so the prospect was a welcome one indeed. The note regarding musicians was a very, very enticing one given she has not had any luck whatsoever in gaining any musical contacts! Well, save Lady Aspen but it was not explicitly agreed upon! The doe would of course be absolutely thrilled at the cello, being a violinist and harp player herself, she is quite fond of such exquisite instruments. She makes a note to keep him in mind should her search continue to prove fruitless.

The Scribe of Gendarmery and other interested parties  out of a love for plants, and the wonders of the Conservatory would also RSVP. Intrigued and delighted by the event at hand and the beautiful fauna that was no doubt to be provided.

Delysia will attend, and of course she'll bring Draum with her!

Hashenn would send in his reply, stating that he will be attending, along with Councilman Squall.

"Do let me know if you're in need of anything." is also added upon the letter.

A short letter would be sent in response to the RSVP from Master Hashenn ( @Hashenn ), as always written in the hand of Lady Ameera's guard, Rhys.

I am still waiting for you to come and garden with me, Master Hashenn.

Little else accompanied the note save for the doe's own curling signature - nevermind that it is a bit crooked and probably eats into part of the 'Hashenn' bit!

On the night of the Grand Opening all manner of decorations could be seen within the Conservatory. Long silk streamers weaved in and out of overhead trellises otherwise abundant with flowers of all kinds. Furres (NPC's) dressed in simple black and white livery, the only difference they each had was a purple flower tucked into the lapel. Each varying in shade, shape, and even type. Servers carried drinks of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic variety, although all had an added touch to them.  Fresh, edible flowers. Straight from the very Conservatory itself!

Others carried with them delectable morsels, easily held and nibbled appetizers. Some sported various meats, others solely vegetables. A select few were fashioned into the shape of flowers as well. A table covered in cloth held platters of fruit as well as squares of cheese and bread. A small stage in the secondary room of the Conservatory had on it varying instruments. A cello, a chair with a violin perched on it, another with a flute and a lute. Something for all those who had promised to play a bit for the gathering. A space left over for a singer to join in.

With clear skies and a raising moon surely the Grand Opening, and the Summer Solstice Festival, will be quite the spots to be tonight.

(Change of plans for me, I'm about to make dinner then go to a fair, but I should be on in about four hours! Until then you're welcome to assume Tak is there too busy playing cello to interact.)

On the second and final night of La Rose D'Argent Conservatory's Grand Opening one can see touches of the Summer Solstice Festival all around! The silk streamers weaving through the trellises overhead have been replaced by those of varying colors. Red and orange silks wrapped around each other like flickering flames, in other parts of the room blue and purple did much the same.

Servers in the same plain black and white livery, the only difference in their apparel being that the purple flowers were changed. Some wore sunset orange flowers, others red, some blue and other's purple. They would be seen with drinks of an entirely different type tonight. Glasses all shapes and sizes, from long shot glasses to cocktail and wine glasses. Many were much like the night before, simple (safe) drinks with edible flowers floating inside. Others were topped with flame. Blue flames licked over the top of tall shot glasses, fruits of varying kinds nestled inside. Others blazed with red-orange, quick to flare but they would eventually ease and dwindle out. Making them much less intimidating to nab up! Some of the wine glasses in particular appeared to be chilled, despite all the heat of the flames around them. Some Icetouched Wine provided by the local tavern is sure to keep things from getting too hot.
