I enjoy furthering my own personal character development through interactions with others, whether they were short-term or long-term influences. I am a Para-Rper, although I am often guilty of writing too much (can't help it man I love details!), and I enjoy different rp's: Romance, adventure, drama and conflict, etc.
Why I'd like to join:I have heard very good things about Etla Isle and finally decided to scoot mah boot on in to check it out. So far the roleplayers I've noticed are friendly OOC and vary like crazy IC. (So many interesting peeps!) Not to mention the dream itself is extraordinarily large with so many nooks and crannies that it helps feed the RP beasts creativity and gives the imagination more to work with.

Fur/Skin: Short fur, chestnut base dappled with cream spotting. Burn flesh around her eyes where fur won't grow.
Eyes: Amethyst, clouded over - akin to cataracts.

Species: Pudú deer (world’s smallest durr!)

Profession: None at the moment, simply a Noble of leisure.
Resistances: Magical illusions/trickery - Given her sight does not work well enough to make them out they are just about pointless on her.
Close Attacks - Due to keen hearing she can dodge most attacks that she hears, ie. the woosh of a blade would alert her to move out of range.
Weaknesses: Bright lights - Increased light sensitivity is the reason why she blindfolds herself during the daylight hours.
Ranged attacks - Attacks that fall outside of her hearing, thus outside of her notice.
Phobias: Absolute darkness/Going fully blind - Her eyesght has been deteriorating for years.

Weapons:Parasol – Ame keeps with her a parasol, used naturally for changes in the weather but also as a fashionable replacement to a cane. The spired tip at the parasol’s end concealed within it a blade, a small release latch at the handle triggers it. The umbrella has metal stems to give it better support, but also make it more useful as a tool for possible deflection.
Armor:None - Ame is not a fighter and has not had a reason to really worry about needing armor. She has her parasol as well as a personal bodyguard* for protection, should she need either. (* More details at the bottom)

Small Stature – Harder to hit with ranged weapons

Clever Fingers – Rather ambidextrous this would come into good use if ever (HA) she had a reason to pick a lock or some such crazy thing like that. Instead they are used for things like playing instruments and on rare occasion, sewing.

Graceful – Well balanced and sure on her hooves, depending on the type of terrain she’s on. Especially useful for dodging.

Keen Senses – After a bit of training, Ame has learned to better observe her surroundings using her hearing and sense of smell, the latter used to pinpoint if someone is approaching her that does not smell familiar. Her sense of smell is not always entirely reliable and depends heavily on whether or not she is or has been smoking.
Appearance:A minute little figure of a female. This petite Pudú doe is dwarfed by that of elegant gowns made of silk, layered skirts and all manner of pretty ribbons. Long, dark black hair is kept tidy in a simple braid, sometimes draped with little rosette pins to match the ribbons of her present choice of dress. Given her unimpressive frame, the one startling feature is that of her face. Pale amethyst eyes, once rather striking, are now marred by a cloudy white appearance over each pupil. Around her eyes are a long healed scar that cover from below the eyebrow to just above her cheeks, leaving behind an unsightly pink and puckered patch of flesh. During the day this unfortunate image is covered with a silk ribbon, shielding her poor sight from the harsh light of day. She can often be seen with a fashionable little cigarette holder, though there's certainly never a "cigarette" in it.

loginPertinent info:Ameera is roughly 90-95% blind. Her limited vision can only make out lights (which usually pain her depending on the brightness), extremely distorted shapes and colors. Nothing is ever 100% clear to her. Because of her having such a limited use of one sense, her others are much sharper. Hearing and touch are her best, smell is not as strong as it could be due to many years of smoking (although it is clearer on her sober days), so she relies on them the most when in unfamiliar environs.
Ame is just about never alone (not anymore). She keeps with her at all times a female mini-drake by the name of Naji, Naji can usually be found on the doe's left shoulder. Also in her company is a guard bearing her family's insignia on the lapel of their cloak. Rhys is an androgynous 6' tall silver back gorilla with facial scars, sapphire eyes and shoulder length, thick silvery-white dreds. Because Rhys prefers to be incognito, they tend to stay out of easy sight rather than constantly standing at the doe's side.
