Bean Formica Karde von Wiggenaut, proprietor of the Jitterbugge Café, would be pleased at the news of the bookshop's imminent re-opening. More business. It would attempt to find a time to meet with the new bookshop owner so that they can work out mutually beneficial agreements for their shared customers. Maybe a combined membership program, where buying books gets your points toward a free drink at the café, or vice versa, or something like that.

Yes; she needs to take 3 preps before she can use the "Cuteness" ability, and we need to nerf down the "Brattiness" ability so it's not OP. Maybe it can only be used once per day?

Hunt of the Great White Sky Whale
House Balestra is looking for combat capable crew members to board the S.S Faithful for it's hunt of the sky whale, a physics defying mythic beast that drives through clouds instead of waves. The beat has become gradually more aggressive and, while airship traffic is not as nearly as high of a priority in our world it must none the less be kept safe and all attempts to make the beast docile have failed. This hunt with take place slightly after midday [6pm EST OOC]

The morning after his shocking injury, Key Sorel, now again fully in command of his faculties, gasps as he suddenly realizes he'd left without paying Ania. He rushes down to the infirmary, after giving Grym ( @Dorax) some light reading for breakfast, so that he might settle the account. It isn't a light expense, but at least it isn't terribly costly. He gladly counts out four silver and thanks the Master Healer once again. Then the adrenaline rush wears off, and he remembers the pain. He makes his way back to his apartments at a rather slower pace than he had left them.
