Tell us a bit about your RP experience to date: Back in the day (like, way back in the day, almost ten years ago now), I was incredibly active on furc and hopped online nearly everyday. I primarily RPed in feral dreams but occasionally participated in human/modern based ones as well. Now that my life is somewhat back in order, I'm looking to jump back in.
Why are you interested in joining the dream? A friend of mine is a member and invited me, and after spending a few sessions RPing with various other folks, I think it would be an exciting and good fit. I love continuity and the diverse characters I've come across.

Occasionally, he'll bear the evidence of an irritated creature that he attempted to win over. Should any poor soul miraculously find themselves caught up in a moment of vulnerability with him, however, they'll soon discover a barrage of long-healed slashes and punctures from both beast and steel, wrapping around his chest to his back, varied in size and length and story.

Appearance (Furcadia Description): On any given night, the end stool at the local tavern will undoubtedly be seemingly glued to the hunched over, wiry figure of Ciaran Ossory. A noticeable pudge to the belly and puffiness of the cheeks speaks to this truth. As if it were mimicking some unkempt fire, his russet hair spirals in every direction, contrasting a narrow and troubled set of green apprehensive eyes. Excessive amounts of freckles contrast against blindingly pale skin, pointing to a lifestyle spent away from the burdens of daylight. The stench of hound, or perhaps something far more feral, clings to his presence.
PersonalityDemeanor: Even in his usual state of intoxication, the feeling that there is something "off" with the boy is unshakable. Although he demonstrates a mischievous and playful approach when interacting with other beings, he relies heavily on the little confidence that good mead brings to him. Superficially friendly for the sake of self-preservation, he finds reasons to mistrust anyone and everyone. While he seeks out lighthearted company at taverns and inns, acquaintance is usually the highest level of relationship he allows. Quietly nervous, calculating, and reserved to a fault, but paradoxically seeking something almost akin to belonging.
Likes: Dogs, really any animal of any kind regardless of how they feel about him, good mead, warm and cozy taverns, seclusion

(Strengths / Resistances) / WeaknessesStrengths / Resistances: Minor poison and disease resistance - it will take quite the potent dose to have any effect, and most diseases manifest as temporary illness, if at all.
Weaknesses: Silver - any weapon forged from silver will deliver a potent, sometimes life-threatening blow. Even just coming into contact with it unprotected results in blistering burns.
Full Moon - at the mercy of the lunar cycle, each month's full moon brings with it an explosive transformation into a hedonistic beast. While some may embrace and take pleasure in their lycanthropy, Ciaran is rather resistant and becomes increasingly frantic as the night sky fills with waxing moonlight.

Description: Some are kept in storage, but a few guides are small enough to fit inside of his satchel and are useful when attempting to identify an unknown species. - Item: Wolf tooth necklace
Description: Encased in brass, a rather large wolf tooth hangs from a copper chain around his neck at all times.
AbilitiesNatural Abilities- Ability: Heightened sense of sight, smell, and hearing.
Description: Whispers become booming voices. Navigating in the dark is second nature and preferred. Scents are easily detectable. - Ability: Increased stamina.
Description: Though he is somewhat lacking in physical strength and certainly isn't the best at hands-on brawls, he instinctively paces himself and can run (not sprint) for miles on end. - Ability: Abnormally quick healing.
Description: Although severe wounds will still render him useless, bleeding stops relatively fast on its own, and broken bones take days rather than months to reset. - Ability: Canine communication.
Description: Even the more feral ones are receptive to his presence and find their temperaments dramatically influenced by the human. While unable to necessarily prompt canines to do his bidding without first establishing a partnership, he is exceptionally adept at tempering their rage, elevating their moods, communicating somewhat complex ideas, and winning over their trust.
Learned Abilities:- Ability: Animal empathy.
Description: So long as he is within a close enough range and visible to the creature, he can influence and improve their attitude to a minor degree. - Ability: Taming and training.
Description: Given an ample amount of time, Ciaran is able to train most any animal he comes across, whether it be for the purpose of shaping the creature into a mount, guard, hunter, or battle companion. Does not apply to magical creatures.

Description: Working with animals requires very specific and individually tailored equipment, and over the years the wolfish boy has learned to create collars, leashes, riding tack, specialized harnesses, muzzles, blindfolds, and protective gear.
