Are you willing to teach others this knowledge? I have been riding horses and dabbling in alchemy here and there since I was a young girl - I learned from the best, my father Mikva. I may know a thing or two I could pass on to others. I can also use both hands to fight with, that may be a thing that can be taught if one's willing enough to learn.

On receiving the application, the applicant will be assigned a Gendarme Proctor. The Proctor's duty is to evaluate the applicant's eligibility to join the ranks. They will be evaluated on 3 levels: Combat prowess through a physical skills test, emotional stability, and mental cognizance through in field testing. Only if the marks on all three levels are adequate will the applicant be formally given their badge.

Proctor Notes: She has exceptional skills with the bow and arrow and is quite good with her throwing knives. Her ability with ranged weaponry is unquestionable, but she lacks in melee combat skills. Recommendedation is that she works with Arator to improve her melee abilities... and also with Rolan.
Her mental faculties and her emotional stability appear to be fine. She appears somewhat naive, but that may just be youthful exuberance and my own experiences coloring my view.
Overall I give her my approval to join the guard, her skills are impressive and with time she'll shore up her weaknesses. She will be a great asset for us.
