The Charming Gaze would receive a letter sealed in blue wax, pressed with an emblem of a flowering-ash tree with a star superimposed on its center; the seal used by Councilman Hashenn.

"Dear Freya Rivers,

I have heard of your shop, and am very interested in the services and items you have to offer. Being a member of the Gendarmes, I am also looking into supplying the guards with added equipment. I would like us to meet, at some point soon, so we may discuss this extensive order.

I also have multiple ideas and interests in more personal creations, if you are open to discussing these ideas. Do let me know as soon as possible; we can meet either at my Agency, or I could be given proper direction to your shop. Either way.

The letter smells vaguely of lavender and coffee.

A small brass ferret with clanking wheels and shifting plates  will makes way with a letter in mouth to the  the recipient with a small  little hollow squeak  a large set domes along its back with the a jade color of water  swirling around inside as the rather flexible metal ferret twisted and turned while walking.

I would love to chat more about any order you need filled out and help out any request with the guards. Perhaps we can work out a arrangement to fix a set of small gear for the men and issue out packs to them for survival when out in the filed or called to dangerous areas.
